REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled.

Order Cancellations
If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it upon request.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted when:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • It is in original packaging

  • You request the return within 14 days of delivery

  • A valid reason is provided

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used beauty tools

  • Opened personal-care items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Returns submitted without approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will investigate.
If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.

Change-of-Mind
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Time
Approved refunds are issued within 2–5 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to complete the transfer.
